Hannegan Homes LLC offers affordable rent to own programs for those who would like to buy a home but need some help getting started.

What is the Rent to Own Program?

This is a simple and effective way to promote home ownership to those who are ready to purchase a house but may need a little time or assistance. (Based on a $130,000 Home)*

This program will allow families to take ownership of their home immediately while delaying closing for up to one year.

Here's How it Works...

A $3000 deposit is required at the signing of the contract. The second deposit of $2000 is due upon completion of the drywall. A third deposit of $1000 is due upon completion of home. These deposits are your vested interest in the home and will be fully (100%) credited to the purchase of the home at closing.**

Closing must be within 12 months. Arrangements can be make with the sales representative for special circumstances.

Rent is $1250 a month of which $250 will go towards the purchase of the house at closing.
